• Miembeni Primary School has 630 students.
• The students get their water from the stream in the photo up above. Next to that is a photo of the water quality test taken from that stream.
• The students are all very ill at this school. 75% of them have Typhoid, 80% have Malaria, 85% have kidney problems, and 100% of them have worms.
• This school has no land for a farm, so the malnutrition is severe. One of the head teachers told us that during class, students often fall out of their seats because they are so weak from starvation.
